Meeting people in difficult seasons with practical help, sincere prayer, and the hope of Christ.
“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18
Compassion with purpose
Hands of Hope Ministry serves families in crisis and individuals in need through practical assistance, prayer, and encouragement. We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and love.
We work alongside churches, community partners, donors, and volunteers to connect the right resources with the right people at the right time.

Our story
Around Thanksgiving 2025, Crystal Daniel felt a persistent burden from God to do something as families faced reduced grocery assistance and rising costs. Having known what it was like for her own family to depend on food assistance, the need felt deeply personal.
Her first response was prayer: “Lord, if this is what You want me to do, show me.” God answered through churches, businesses, volunteers, friends, and neighbors. That first Thanksgiving outreach provided complete meals for 114 people.
From that first step of obedience grew Christmas outreach for the local DSN Board, clothing and food assistance, hygiene and Bible bags, emergency help, pantry support, prayer, and encouragement throughout Cherokee County and surrounding communities.
“Hands of Hope was never my idea. It was God’s invitation to simply say ‘yes.’ This ministry has never been about me. My prayer is that I must decrease, and He must increase.”
Hope in action
Every bag prepared, every need met, and every outreach made possible begins with people choosing to serve together.
